“Lake Dreams(icle)” is inspired by Wisconsin lake life. When I was younger, my family used to rent a little cottage up in Lakewood, WI where we’d fish and swim off the dock. Above all, I loved taking the paddle boat out on the lake. At night, we’d have a bonfire and make s’mores. Many orange dreamsicles were consumed.
